Instructions
Step 1
Combine broth, zucchini and dill in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cheese.
Step 4
Stir gently until well blended.
