35 Minute Broccoli Rice Casserole
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 175°C. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add onion and sauté until tender, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add rice, soup, broccoli and cheese dip to pan. Stir to combine. Spoon into a greased, 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Step 5
In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining butter on HIGH for 30 seconds, or until melted. Add bread cubes and mix well. Sprinkle on top of casserole and finish with shredded cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through.
