15 Minute Meatless Taco Rice Skillet
Instructions
Step 1
Cook meatless ground beef in a large, non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes or as directed on the package.
Step 2
Add rice, water, salsa, and taco seasoning mix. Stir until well blended. Bring to a boil. Sprinkle with cheese and cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle lettuce and tomato around the edge of the pan just before serving.
