10 Minute One-Pan Taco Dinner
Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large non-stick pan with non-stick cooking spray; set over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Crumble in ground beef; cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Drain off excess fat.
Step 3
Add taco seasoning mix and water; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice.
Step 4
Spread salsa evenly over the rice and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5
Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover and top with lettuce and tomato just before serving.
Step 6
Serve with additional salsa and sour cream (if using).
