Preheat oven to 190°C. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Mix milk, soup and peas in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add rice and tuna; mix lightly. Spoon into prepared dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
